What You'll Be Working On

At Lime Connect, we build a B2B platform that simplifies complex workflows and makes everyday tasks enjoyable for our users. We believe great design doesn’t need to shout – it just needs to be clear, consistent, and well thought out. If you see design as both craft and mindset, feel at home in Figma, and enjoy creating systems that grow with a product, you’ll fit right in.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to shape the visual identity of our software – from dashboards to new features and entire modules.
You translate UX requirements into functional, visually coherent designs that convey precision and professionalism.
Maintain and evolve our Figma Design System, including style guides and component libraries, ensuring visual consistency across the product.
Bring ideas to life through mockups, prototypes, and interactive concepts, making your designs tangible for teams and stakeholders.
Partner closely with developers to balance creativity with technical feasibility and deliver high-quality implementations.
Occasionally contribute to marketing visuals or web design, helping to maintain a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.

What Makes You a Fit

Several years of experience in UI & UX design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
Strong command of Figma – you’re confident working with components, libraries, and design systems
A solid grasp of UX and visual hierarchy – you understand how users think and why layouts work
Detail-oriented yet pragmatic – you know when something is ready and when it needs another round of polish
A sense for technical feasibility and comfortable collaboration with developers
Communicative, open, and collaborative – you enjoy exchanging ideas within teams and with clients
Curious and proactive – you explore new tools, follow design trends, and keep learning as part of your process
Fluent in English; German skills are a plus

Gemeinsam mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung formst du das visuelle Gesicht unserer Software – von Dashboards über neue Features bis hin zu ganzen Modulen.
UX-Anforderungen übersetzt du in funktionale, visuell stimmige Designs, die Präzision und Professionalität ausstrahlen.
Mit einem sicheren Gespür für Konsistenz entwickelst und pflegst du unser Figma Design System, inklusive Style Guides und Komponentenbibliothek.
Ob Mockups, Prototypen oder interaktive Konzepte – du bringst Ideen zum Leben und machst sie für Teams und Stakeholder erlebbar.
Technische Machbarkeit behältst du immer im Blick und arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwickler:innen zusammen, um die bestmögliche Umsetzung zu erreichen.
Und wenn mal Marketing-Visuals oder Webdesign anstehen, trägst du zu einer konsistenten Markenkommunikation bei.

Das bringst Du mit

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im UI & UX Design, idealerweise im B2B- oder SaaS-Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit Figma – du arbeitest routiniert mit Komponenten, Libraries und Designsystemen
Ein gutes Gespür für UX und Struktur: du verstehst, wie Nutzer:innen denken und warum Layouts wirken
Detailverliebt, aber pragmatisch – du weißt, wann etwas fertig ist und wann es Feinschliff braucht
Technisches Verständnis für Umsetzbarkeit und Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen
Kommunikativ, offen und teamorientiert – du bringst Ideen ein und tauschst dich gerne aus – ob im Team oder mit Kund:innen
Neugierig und eigeninitiativ: du probierst Tools aus, verfolgst Trends und lernst ständig weiter
Sicheres Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
