Your mission

• Lead the conception and development of new features for our messaging and communication products, contributing to a unified, seamless user experience across web and mobile.
• Implement scalable UI components using React and TypeScript. Introduce functional programming principles where relevant and advocate for clean, maintainable code.
• Maintain a high standard of code quality through automated testing and efficient debugging. You’ll ensure smooth production by identifying and resolving bugs quickly.
• Own Your Work: You approach technology with a practical mindset and are open to new tools and approaches, not driven by trends but by what works best in context.

Your profile

• You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently, from conceptualizing solutions to delivering final products. You thrive in environments where you can take responsibility for the full development cycle.
• You work well with others, communicate clearly, and are open to feedback. You are a strong team player who values transparency and flat hierarchies.
• You write clean, maintainable TypeScript code, handle legacy systems, and ensure high code quality. You’re familiar with Git for version control and collaboration within a team.
• You approach technology with a practical mindset and are open to new tools and approaches, not driven by trends but by what works best in context.

• A 30-minute phone interview with our recruiting.

• A visit to the Userlike office (optional) to get an impression of how it feels to work at Userlike.
• A final contract meeting.
